Shalyn joined Classen Realty Group with a tremendous depth of real estate knowledge and experience in the heart of Texas from San Antonio and Boerne to Blanco, where she lives. Blanco has the small-town community of shared values and history that Shalyn enjoys. Shalyn’s family has owned Farm and Ranch properties for decades in Blanco. In 2005 she became a REALTOR and, with her parents, opened their own brokerage serving the Austin, San Antonio, and Texas Hill Country region.
Before 2005, Shalyn managed the Construction Bond Division of the CWA Insurance Agency in San Antonio, specializing in Payment and Performance Bonds for construction contractors across Texas. This led Shalyn to explore her passion for building and design; real estate investing; luxury homes sales – she became a REALTOR to help people in all these areas.
Shalyn has a lengthy list of accomplishments from REALTOR of the Year to RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement and Hall of Fame. She is a member of NAR, TAR, TREC, SABOR, ABOR, and the Blanco Chamber of Commerce. When not living the “art of the deal”, Shalyn enjoys her family and friends in the Hill Country, plays tennis, and likes to snow ski.
